For manual use: (in a bucket or sink) dilute 2mls to every 1 litre of water. Soak produce for a minimum of 5 minutes. Drain solution. Rinse clean with water.
For use via wall mounted dispensing unit: (for trained personnel)
1. Wear personal protection equipment.
2. Prewash fruit and vegetable to remove soil. Drain.
3. Using the safe shot dispenser, ensure hose is positioned in sink. De-press safe
shot dispenser to required solution level.
4. Test chlorine level with test strips.
5. Ensure the concentration of chlorine is no less than 100 ppm.
6. Soak produce for a minimum of 5 minutes, agitate periodically.
7. Drain solution and wash produce under clean running water.

Always keep container closed when not in use. Mop up and contain spills immediately. STORAGE & RECYCLING Always keep container in an upright position.
